VINER VN-2300GV Vacuum Graphite heating Furnace is vacuum graphite tube resistance furnace. This high temperature high vacuum resistance furnace uses graphite as the heating elements. It can be used for eating Metal, refractory compound and the ceramic material etc in the vacuum or the protective atmosphere.

Structure Design:

Ø  The electric furnace is vertical vacuum resistance furnace, it is composed by furnace stack, furnace cover, vacuum system, electrical system and water-cooling system.

Ø  The furnace stack uses the water cooling sandwich structure, the furnace cover can be opened by spring force.

Ø  The furnace body is equipped with two observation windows, which can observe the workpiece heating situation.

Ø  The graphite electrode is loaded in the furnace, which is made up of two mutually insulated semicircles. The two insulated semicircles with the graphite heating element opens several seal thin at its longitudinal to increase resistance and make one side of the heating element electrify, and the other side free expansion when heating.

Ø  Around the heating element, there are many multi-layered heat shield device, which are assembled together to make it convenient to take outside the furnace.

Ø  The vacuum system is made up of proliferates pump, mechanical pump as well as the vacuum valve and so on.

Ø  Atmosphere inlet working condition allowed: Gas-feeding device with flowmeter for Ar and other gas Atmosphere, but H2 is not allowed.

Ø  The vacuum survey uses thermocouple gauge or ionization vacuum gauge.

Ø  The electrical system is made up of the silicon-controlled voltage regulator and the low voltage transformer and the control
