VN-1200A Atmosphere Furnace

1200C controlled Atmosphere furnace is designed for material synthesis under controlled inert gas Atmosphere up to 1200C. The furnace consists of high quality Alumina fiber brick and Ni-Cr Resistance Wire, as well as vacuum sealed steel case. It is an ideal tool for preparing new materials which requires a heat treatment under inert gas.

ü High purity and reflective Al2O3 ceramic fiber board with ZrO2 Liner coating for max energy saving.

ü Energy saving 1400 grade fibrous alumina insulation

ü Double layer steel case with air cooling to ensure low surface temperature 

ü Effective heated chamber: 300x300x400mm.

ü Built in precision digital temperature controller is 30segments programmable to control heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.

ü The furnace temperature is controlled by precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1C and 30segments programmable up to 1200C
