VN-1600RT Rotary Tube Furnace is a CE certified lab tube furnace using high quality ceramic fiber board and MoSi2 heating elements. Vacuum sealed flange with two valves & vacuum gauge, and high purity alumina tube are included for immediate use. The temperature of Rotary Tube Furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-1C and 51 segments programmable up to 1600°C. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition.

VN-1600RT Rotary Tube Furnace is designed for calcining inorganic compound with better uniformity, especially excellent for preparing Li-Ion battery cathode materials with conductive or protective coating on powder, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc in R&D Laboratory.
