Description

High Purity Alumina Ceramic Tube is widely used in thermocouple protections and some are used in furnaces. We could design both open for two ends, and one open, the other closed. Also we could make with 2 or 4 holes in the tube. The size ranges from 3mm to 180mm for O.D., and the length is from 10mm to 3000mm. We can also design upon the customers' detailed requirements.

1. Extreme high temperature stability under reducing, inert and high vacuum condition under high temperature up to 1800C.

2. Extreme wear and abrasion resistance.

3. Chemical corrosion resistance under high temperature.

5. Gas tight for many applications to provide protective atmospheres or high vacuum at high temperature to eliminate contamination or impurity. 

Application:

Alumina ceramic tube is mainly applied to wear, serious scour of material handling occasions, such as coal-fired power generation, metallurgy, coal, mining, industry, and other geological materials pipeline, as well as the use of electronic appliances such as insulation pipe; alumina ceramic rods is widely used in the industry of resistance to temperature and thermostat, as a resistance ceramic matrix and two-metal thermostat used in ceramic-top column.
